Rain colors…
What color is rain?
The grey of the skies
From where it falls,
Or the brown of dust,
On which it stalls;
Perhaps all colors,
Of the bow it makes,
Or maybe it is that,
Of the smiles not fake;
From the heart,
One forgetting pain,
I wonder once more,
What color is rain?
As part of our resolution to write more poetry in 2018, Reema and I have started this weekly prompt we’ve decided to call as Wednesday Verses. Each Wednesday, we’ll be writing a poem based on the prompt of the week, and sharing a linky. We invite you all to join us with your own poems on the prompt. Write on your blogs, and link up with #WednesdayVerses. We are happy to have you rhyme with us. Welcome!
Prompt #15 is RAIN.
Please link up only if you’ve written a poem for the prompt!

Reading this while it’s raining … A most beautiful poem.
Thank you, Seema. 🙂
