“The ecosystem is in jeopardy now. Global warming will soon result in higher temperatures. It’s time we did something about it.”
The young man was going to run for senate. The media said the odds were in his favor.
David smiled hearing his younger son’s words on television.
“We’ve to expand our factory to maximize our output this year. Yes. Chop down the trees toward the south-west side. We can afford it.”
As David planted a seed in his small garden, his elder son’s voice on the phone made him wonder how twins brothers could be same yet completely different.
My theme for this April is something I call ON SHORT NOTICE. The topic for the letter J is Jeopardy, suggested by Ritika and Janani, in the previous post. I request you, my readers, to suggest a word with K that might inspire my post for K. I’ll choose one from the options I get, and write on that. I won’t choose the same reader for successive days. Thanks in advance!

Very different take on jeopardy. The stories are getting more and more different and interesting by the day. I’m glad you took up this spontaneous topic challenge. It’s not something everyone would venture into. If posting from A to Z is a challenge, you have taken it into the next level by adding your touch to it. While people try to make each post different, you have made the whole concept cool by involving the readers.
Thoroughly impressed and looking forward to the rest of the alphabets. Keep Impressing Vinu
Glad the stories are interesting, Janie. That matters a lot.
The spontaneous challenge is challenging because not a lot of time on my hands, and I don’t know what’ll come up. It’s been fun so far. 😀 Let’s hope that continues.
Brilliant as usual. Brings out the differences in human nature exceptionally well.
K for? Kaleidoscope? Karma? Kleptomania?
Glad you liked the post, Panda. 🙂
Karma works! I like that topic.
I loved how you brought out the differences. The best use of the word ‘Jeopardy’ ever! 🙂

🙂 Glad you felt so, Mayuri. Thanks.
Very relevant topic. Hope the other twin realizes the follies of what he is doing!

Yes, Sreedeep. That is the hope, but when money is the focus, the follies go ignored, sadly.
