100 Days of Happiness – Day 56

It’s easy to find sadness each day, but to find a moment of happiness is difficult. Last year, I couldn’t bring myself to finish the 100 Days of Happiness challenge. This year, I am more determined to finish it — Counting down to 2016 with Happiness!

The Happiness of a Good Day at Work

100 Days of Happiness – Day 56

At times, the boss is too spontaneous, and calls for a meeting on very short notice, leaving me in a dilemma, because my work would be only partially complete. Twas another such occasion today, and I don’t like showing incomplete work to anyone, let alone him. Thankfully though, the work wasn’t seen in detail, and whatever I worked on was working fine and accepted. A battle plan (not literally) was made for the targets ahead, and it seems, at the moment, reachable. Hope the good luck continues!

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.
