The Happiness of an Early Morning Walk
100 Days of Happiness – Day 34
I’m very rarely a “morning person”. I prefer to sleep till 7 or 7:15, and then rush through morning so I can reach office in time. Given that I’m slowly heading toward “dangerous weight territory”, I thought it was time to resume my morning walks. The world is so serene at that time, and a joy to experience. The calmness brings me joy, and I hope I can keep walking the distance constant.
