It’s easy to find sadness each day, but to find a moment of happiness is difficult. Last year, I couldn’t bring myself to finish the 100 Days of Happiness challenge. This year, I am more determined to finish it — Counting down to 2016 with Happiness!
The Happiness of Reaching Home Early
100 Days of Happiness – Day 30
It takes ages, on most days, to reach home. No matter how early we leave from office, the highway is so congested that it balances the time and I’m either late or exactly on time each day. The most time I’ve spent in a traffic jam is a couple of hours perhaps, near the Silk Board junction (on my way to a friend’s home), but during peak hours, the road to the airport is just as difficult to suffer. Maybe it was because of the festive season, with most people at home, the roads were empty. And the commute took under half hour from office to home. Ah. These small joys!

I’ve experienced the Bengaluru traffic notoriety when I was there a few years back. Indeed I can understand the joy of reaching home early when you are at the mercy of the traffic. You are like, “God, please let there be no traffic congestion today, just for today!” 🙂
It is worse than it was few years back, Sreedeep. 🙂 Hence the joy of seeing the road without traffic. 😛 LOL!
