Tina, my blog friend who writes over at The Sunny Side of Life has tagged me to do the 3 day Quote Challenge. The challenge is simple. I’ve to share a favorite quote from either a favorite book or a favorite author in a post for 3 consecutive days in a blog post, and tag bloggers to do the same. I’m quite happy to tag Simran from My Friendship, The Ilirian Wanderer and her Ravings AND Jaibala from My School of Thought to share their favorite quotes as well.

Quote Challenge – Day 3
OK. So technically, the third day of this quote challenge has passed long back. I forgot. Feels odd that I did, but it happens sometimes. Better late than never, I guess.
I worry over nothing sometimes. One of my friends says it is because I care. I don’t know. It’s hard not to do. This quote by Lee Child, one of my favorite authors, in its essence says not to worry about the bad things that come along with the good. But be happy that good things come along with the bad. Sort of like telling even a silver lining is there to worrying. I think that’s true, but honestly, it takes a while to realize that silver lining at times.

I so relate to this. I worry about everything. Trying to change that tough. It is about perspective, totally agree. The moment you change your perspective everything becomes less worrysome
Yeah. 🙂 First, as you mostly are, Jb.
It’s true that oftentimes what we worry about doesn’t happen at all! 😉 I used to worry a lot and then I stopped, or at least worry a lot less! I think I just decided to stop as I realized it wasn’t doing anything ‘good’ for me as I see how it effects someone I know. <3
Yeah, Elly. 🙂 Thank you. I don’t know if we ever truly stop worrying. But we worry less.
Beautiful… 🙂
Thank you for the tag Leo 🙂
I tagged you way before this post. 😛 Do it already. 🙄
