Drought and Clouds

parched earth –
my tears
water the cracks

storm clouds –
the moon etches
silver linings

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.

  1. Somehow drought touched me more than your clouds… nice 🙂
Just a suggestion about your blog Leo… why do we have to click on ‘enter blog’ button after we type your blog URL and arrive at the homepage? Isn’t it better to get into the main page directly unless you’re planning some A-rated contents for coming days 😛

    • I know. Drought was one which I felt more close to as well, Anunoy 🙂 Thanks.

Regards the entry page, I kind of like it that way. My blog is sort of heavy, so the initial page I kept light and simple. Loads quickly too 🙂
