I return…

After September’s heights with a haiku each day, and November took on similar with a poem-a-day, I fell, and after a lot of “not able to write” syndrome, some personal problems that drove me up the wall in December, I’m back on WordPress, this time for good. New blog URL, but I hope the notification still comes to a lot of you. Anyway, with cheers to the memories that have gone past, and to the ones yet to be made, I begin my second odyssey on WordPress with my (coincidentally) milestonic 1300th post.

A passion for haiku,
In September spilled,
So many more joined,
And with joy, filled.

Month that followed
Slowed down my muse,
But renewed the urge,
To write I could use.

Hectic was my November
I wrote, a poem-a-day.
In my first home blog,
Where I’d gone to stay.

A lot of fun it was,
I wish to relive soon,
Challenging my muse,
Turned out to be boon.

Fell from the heights,
In December just two;
To try and get better,
I return back here too.

Lady Nimue‘s Months Challenge… For the ending months of September to December, my joys and miseries. πŸ™‚ Looking forward to a energy filled, writing filled 2012.

(’11. 24 dec.)

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.

  1. I am glad you found your lost muse. Enjoyed your pieces tremendously. Be yourself, that’s the most important – you have it in you. Everything else will just come naturally.

And I am glad too, I found your blog πŸ™‚

    • Welcome, Clarice. I was hoping to find you all soon, through rally or open link night etc. πŸ™‚ Glad you found me first. I’m trying to be myself and yes, I know I do have it in me to write!
