Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.

  1. The séance looks like in a medium's parlour, communicating with the spirits of dead people to receive spiritualistic messages, OMG!! I'd rather get peace elsewhere!!…or the memories of such an experience may never fade away!!

  2. am sorry to hear about your loss, Suzi. secrets after death can be quite tough to take I feel. pray the best for you in the years to come. thank you for liking the write-up..

  3. Therapy helps for sure but I doubt spirits can ;D … profound and thoughtful. Damn…something is wrong with my set up…none of my comments on Disqus based blogs this morning have registered.

  4. it registered here fine, Rekha 🙂 and maybe not therapy.. a love and understanding of the person might do the trick better I think. glad you liked it.

  5. A fresh take for the prompt 'yearn'. Didn't occur to me to write about communicating with the other world. Thanks for visiting my post on 'yearn'. I loved your comment that my haiku is 'dainty'. You're the first to use that description!Rosie

  6. yes. yearning for a lost person can be somewhat different, Rosie. glad you liked the haiku and also for liking my comment. thank you. 🙂
