Life has taken away my strength; sorrows inflated by heated thoughts sent my way by others. Sometimes I have no hope, no will, not even in death. I’m dead to they who matter most to me. Sometimes, words hurt more than silence.

I seek escape. I want to fly away, but I have no wings.

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.

Oh dear, I can’t say I’m glad you could relate to this sad piece, but it does seem to be universally relatable to.. Glad to have you drop by as well!

    • @ Reena,

Yes, it is quite universal I think, and very much written from heart. A 55 fiction that isn’t a fiction.. Thanks!
