A snowy Christmas
Old bobsled rusting in shed
Returns, speedy slide
MEMORIES REINCARNATE
Old rusting bobsled
Speed slider, returns from shed
On snowy Christmas

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.
Well written thought Leo.. Wonderful words..
–Someone is Special–
thanks a lot, SiS…
Joining the two Haiku’s by recollecting old memories π
and also changing the order of the words as they appear in the Haiku’s
is very clever and appealing. π
I love the way you always keep experimenting with prompts and forms. π
thanks a lot Nanka π glad u liked it, the experimental NaiSaiKu π
Ah,, the memories this old sled must hold.

These haiku are so full of memories. i have never seen haiku linked like this before.
thanks very much, Marilyn π the form is called a NaiSaiKu π two haikus linked with a seven syllable title between them π
Hey thanks Leo, NaiSaiKu, interesting ! I really love it.
welcome, Ina π
in NaiSaiKu, the two haikus are usually d same, in reverse order of lines.
this one of mine, is purely experimental.
π
