Little seeds of life
Watered with expectations
Cared for with hard work

Eager hands embrace
Beautiful serenity
Harvest time begins

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.

  1. What do I say Leo
    Your beautiful creations
    Make me speechless..

Leo, yes, emboldened by you in one of my posts, I got fascinated with Haiku, because, I realised that one say a lot in minimum words.. and I am enjoying the feeling.. but then I continue to use more words too..where I feel it is essential to do so.. OK let me put it this way.. I am becoming a bit wiser..thank you dear..

  2. This compliment the photo so wonderfully I love how descriptive this is “Eager hands embrace” great writing it draws the reader right in!

  3. How we urbanites are fooled by that idyllic harvesting scene, believing that the farmers enjoy putting food in our mouths when in fact it was hard back breaking work back then in that delightful painting.

A wonderful post with haiku that I am beginning to enjoy!

  4. Enjoy how all three blend so well together.

    Nice One Shot

Just a reminder that we would love you to enter the One Stop Competition (ends oct 22).

  5. Been there in those ricefields when I was young, and I love the feeling, the serenity it gives…and the smell of hays…I feel nostalgic now… ๐Ÿ˜‰
