Reality Check 43 – Perceptions

Sometimes, we can’t find a true perception of ourselves, even though we know who we are. If you know yourself best, then there is someone who knows you better than your best. And the one that helps you find that true perception would be a true friend, irreplaceable in life.

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.

  1. True friends? Now I am messing up myself with people I call true friends. :(When can I learn a lesson or two? I am never becoming a good friend, I am no good friend! :(I wish to have a friend who could help me find that true perception of myself! 🙁

  2. That's a revealing way of acknowledging one's character. Another route to find one's own true self is just to be still, and listen in, once still the connection ignites and you are left with what you truly are. 🙂
