Barren lands
Scorched by
Fiery glances
Lie desolate
Calm breeze
Hesitates to
Touch their
Arid lips now
Scorched by
Fiery glances
Lie desolate
Calm breeze
Hesitates to
Touch their
Arid lips now
Soothing dew
Stays away
Hesitates to
Ease the pain
Nourish not
Flourish not
Nothing grows
Lost, a rose
Prayers now
For His grace
Let no longer
He hesitate
Life depends
Gifts He to us
Wait continues
For joyous hues
beautiful Leo 🙂
What a trying situation and time and with much hesitation we await for a hope, though it would only be a very thin thread of hope….My heart goes to those who are sadly affected. May God be not selfish enough to pour upon us His bountiful blessings to keep His people away from famine…:)A sad symphony but beautiful rendered Leo!
Touching and beautiful, Leo. The pain is palpable.

Sometimes the wait is lonely and long in this desolate place, so tenderly rendered. Whether of spirit or body, may the thirst be quenched.
