Two Minutes

Two minutes a day

If I just hear your voice,
I’d empty my sorrow,
Have hope in tomorrow,
Just to hear you say,
I love you more everyday.
Two minutes a day
If I could be in your arms,
I’d feel the world there,
Feel just love everywhere,
Just a hug from you says,
I love you more everyday.
Two minutes a day
If I could see you smile,
I’d smile with you too,
Forgetting all my blues,
Just that loving smile says,
I love you more everyday.
Two minutes a day
If I could just be with you,
I know that day is so great,
For the future I can now wait,
Love, I’d give my life for you,
Everyday I love you more too.

Poetry & writing are to me, a breath of fresh air in a life that is sometimes covered by the smoke of sorrow or self doubt. They also become the sweets I share to celebrate when life offers me a reason to. But most of all, they are to me, my life. For each word I write is a piece of my heart, a thought that just had to find its way into the world.

  3. at first I wud like to compliment u on ur template … one of the bests I have seen … nw abt the poem … as I always say … u have a certain kinda depth in ur write ups … n the best thng is not everyone has the ability to convey so many feelings in such few words 🙂 u rock !!!

  4. Eyeshadow:thank you so much. but please do comment. to me a readers comment is much superior than my work! for they show that they loved my work! 🙂

  5. Suga:glad u liked it! the template i loved too.. its quite beautiful ain't it? perhaps it'll stay for a while, but i'm a template addict, so can't guarantee it :)glad u liked my words.. the depth in simplicity is what i like to do. 🙂 thank you.
